Review system alerts and channel events.
Access
Sidebar -> Notifications Path: /app/{tenant}/notifications
Roles
- owner, admin, agent, viewer
Main functions
- View recent notifications.
- Filters: All / Unread.
- Search by text.
- Filter by Module (whatsapp, email, tasks, system).
- Filter by Type.
- Mark as read (individual) or Mark all as read.
- Open associated link if it exists.
Good practices
- Check Unread daily for escalations.
- Use filters to isolate a channel.
