Overview
The Dashboard shows:
- Team Members (active users)
- AI Agents
- Emails
- Conversations (web chat)
- Documents
- Voice Agents
- Voice Calls
- Tools
- Integrations
It also displays cards with quick links to main modules.
Main actions
- Click on a card to go to the corresponding module.
- Use the quick links to create or configure resources.
Good practices
- If the metrics are at zero, check Integrations and Agents first.
- Use the Dashboard to validate that the channels are active.
