BUILDING YOUR DREAMS TECH, LLC
Phone Number Terms and Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
These Phone Number Terms ("Number Terms") govern phone numbers obtained through Helios Vision AI, operated by Building Your Dreams Tech, LLC. They supplement our Terms of Service. By purchasing or using a platform number, you accept these Number Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. Use of Twilio services through Helios is also subject to the Twilio Acceptable Use Policy.
1. How Numbers Are Provided
- Phone numbers are provisioned through Twilio and its telecommunications providers as a feature of Helios. We do not provide a standalone carrier service.
- Numbers are available for use with the platform while your subscription and applicable number fees remain active. You do not own the number. Porting or transfer is subject to provider requirements and is not guaranteed.
- When a plan change leaves your workspace with more numbers than the new plan includes (a cancellation to the Free plan, or a move to a lower plan), each extra number is reserved for you at no charge for 30 days, with in-app notices when the reservation starts and 7 days and 1 day before it ends. It is then released automatically, unless before then you choose a plan that includes it or, where your plan has room for it again, you keep it. While a number is reserved it does not answer calls, and WhatsApp connected to it receives and sends no messages; if you choose a plan that includes the number (or keep it) before its release date, both resume on their own. When the number is released, WhatsApp is disconnected from it.
- A provider, regulator, or number-availability constraint may require a number to change or be reassigned. We will give reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Permitted Use and Availability
- Platform numbers are provided for inbound calls handled by the AI voice agents you configure, such as answering calls to your business.
- Where offered for your number, an owner or authorized administrator may request WhatsApp activation for their business through Meta. Receiving an incidental SMS verification code from Meta is limited to completing that requested setup for an account the business controls. Eligibility, code delivery, and activation remain subject to Twilio, Meta, and other relevant provider requirements and approvals; they are not guaranteed.
- Connecting WhatsApp does not enable outgoing SMS. Once connected, WhatsApp communications are subject to Meta policies, including applicable consent, template, and messaging-window requirements.
- Outbound SMS and application-to-person text messaging are not enabled on platform-provided numbers and must not be attempted. U.S. A2P 10DLC messaging requires separate registration that is not included in this offering. Any future SMS feature will require its own applicable registration and terms.
- This offering is not a general SMS inbox, a temporary-number service, or a service for receiving verification codes for unrelated accounts.
- Do not use a platform number as your sole line for a purpose requiring guaranteed availability or emergency communications.
3. Prohibited Use
- Do not facilitate unlawful or unsolicited communications, spam, fraud, phishing, harassment, spoofed caller identification, or violations of another party's rights.
- Do not impersonate a person or organization or misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation.
- Do not use numbers or verification codes to access accounts you do not control, share access with unauthorized parties, evade a provider restriction, or create deceptive accounts.
- Do not record or monitor calls without obtaining every consent required in the relevant jurisdictions.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the number as a standalone telecommunications service, public SMS inbox, or verification-code service.
4. Emergency Calling Limitations
- Platform numbers use internet-based communications. Emergency calling may be limited, delayed, or unavailable and differs from traditional telephone service.
- An emergency-service address is optional and you can buy a number without one. If you do provide one, keep it accurate: routing may depend on that address rather than your current location.
- Do not treat these numbers as a route to emergency services. They are provided for inbound business calls, and emergency calling is not an included capability, whether or not an address is on file.
- Power or internet outages, suspension, and service disruptions can prevent emergency communications. Maintain an alternative means of contacting emergency services.
- Tell anyone using the number about these limitations. Providing an address does not guarantee emergency-calling availability.
5. Your Compliance Responsibility
- You and your users must follow applicable telecommunications, consumer-protection, privacy, consent, call-recording, and anti-spam laws, including the TCPA and Do-Not-Call rules where applicable.
- You and anyone using Twilio services through your Helios account must comply with the Twilio Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for making those users aware of it and for their use of your numbers.
- Obtain and retain the recipient consent required for each communication and honor withdrawal of consent. Creating a Helios account or accepting these terms does not by itself authorize messages to another person.
- Make any legally required AI-interaction and call-recording disclosures. Only connect business accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
6. Fees
Each number has a recurring fee displayed before purchase, in addition to your plan and applicable usage charges. The fee continues while the number remains active, except while it is reserved after a plan change (section 1), when it is not charged. Releasing a number stops future number charges for that number. See the subscriptions and fees provisions of our Terms of Service.
7. Suspension, Reclamation, and Anti-Abuse
- We or the underlying providers may restrict, suspend, or reclaim numbers when required by law or provider policy, because of suspected fraud, abuse, non-payment, or security risk, or when the reservation of a number after a plan change ends (section 1). Notice may not always be possible, except for the end of a reservation, which is announced in advance as section 1 describes.
- Provider and platform abuse controls may block communications, including verification messages. Do not bypass these controls; contact support to review the issue.
- A released or reclaimed number may be reassigned to another party. Remove it from your external business accounts and recovery settings before releasing it. We are not responsible for communications sent after the number leaves your account.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Building Your Dreams Tech, LLC and its officers, directors, and employees against claims, penalties, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of platform numbers, violation of applicable law, or breach of these Number Terms. The indemnification provisions of our Terms of Service also apply.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
Numbers and related services are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, call quality, verification-code delivery, third-party account approval, or emergency calling. The disclaimers and liability limits in our Terms of Service apply.
10. Changes to These Number Terms
We may update these Number Terms and publish a new effective date. Material changes require acceptance before your next number purchase. For existing numbers, changes follow the notice and effective-date provisions in our Terms of Service.
