Data Deletion
Helios Vision AI, operated by Building Your Dreams Tech LLC, is a customer-service platform that businesses use to receive and reply to messages from their customers on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, email and web chat. If you messaged a business that uses Helios and want the data we processed on that business's behalf deleted, you can request it at any time. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion by reply.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to admin@buildingyourdreamstech.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Tell us how you contacted the business so we can locate your records: the Facebook or Instagram name (or the Page/account you messaged), and/or the phone number or email address you used.
- Tell us whether you want deletion of all personal data we hold, or only specific items (for example, only your conversation history).
What we delete
- Your conversation history with the business's automated assistant and staff.
- Contact information you provided (name, phone number, email).
- Profile data shared by the messaging platform (e.g., your Messenger/Instagram display name and platform-scoped user id).
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself (for audit and legal-compliance purposes), and we may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you.
Stop receiving messages
To stop receiving messages without requesting full deletion, email us at admin@buildingyourdreamstech.com or let the business you were messaging know, and we will stop processing your messages from that account.
Businesses using Helios
Each business that uses Helios may publish its own data-deletion page at /data-deletion/<business>. The business is the controller of its customer data; Helios processes it on the business's behalf and honors deletion requests forwarded to it.
