* WhatsApp connects through the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Voice runs on phone numbers provisioned in the platform. On paid plans you can bring your own AI key for unlimited AI usage, paid directly to the provider.
AI credits: included credits are granted for each billing cycle (each calendar month on the Free plan, once an email address in the workspace is verified) and reset when the next cycle starts, so unused credits do not carry over. An upgrade starts the new plan's cycle at once, and its first allowance is reduced by the included credits the ending cycle used beyond the share of its time already passed; the plan change preview shows the exact figure before you confirm. Credits cover all managed AI usage, including voice minutes. Plans with included credits also have a daily limit, so a heavy day can pause managed AI until the next day even when monthly credits remain; phone calls are not held to it and draw on your AI credits. Credit packs bought separately do not expire. Setting a workspace's AI Engine in Settings to "Your own API key (BYOK)" takes its usage off credits entirely.
Credits per agent response: 1 credit on the Agile AI profile and 10 credits on Advanced (paid plans), however many steps the agent takes. Searching the knowledge base adds no credits; each data table lookup uses 1 more credit, and each voice note transcription uses 1 credit per started 30-second block of audio, minimum 1 credit. Each teammate an agent consults is charged as one more response at that teammate's profile price. Reading a scanned document page (one with no text layer) while indexing uses 1 credit per page. Helio, the in-app assistant that builds and tunes agents, uses 1 credit for each model call it makes, and one request to Helio often takes several.
14-day trial: while trialing, the plan includes 10% of its monthly AI credits (200 on Starter, 1,000 on Growth, 3,000 on Business). The full monthly allowance arrives with your first subscription payment.
Knowledge base: one knowledge page is 2,500 characters of text read from your documents, about one printed page. The plan limit counts that text. Each plan also caps the size of a single file and, as a technical limit, how many files a workspace can keep.
Annual billing: pay for 10 months and get 12 (2 months free) on Starter, Growth and Business. Choose annual at checkout or switch later from Billing.
Email inbox: the AI-powered email module is in alpha. Your plan's email-account allowance is included, and we switch the module on for your workspace when you ask us.
Add-ons: extra WhatsApp/Voice agents (+$29/mo each) and the Social Accounts Pack (+$15/mo: +1 account on each social network).
Scheduled Tasks: give an agent a standing instruction that it runs on its own, on a schedule, and delivers by WhatsApp or email. Included from Starter (3 active tasks, each running as often as you schedule it); the Free plan does not include it.
