* WhatsApp connects through the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Voice runs on phone numbers provisioned in the platform. On paid plans you can bring your own AI key for unlimited AI usage, paid directly to the provider.
AI credits: included credits are granted for each billing cycle and reset when the next cycle starts, so unused credits do not carry over. Credits cover all managed AI usage, including voice minutes. Plans with included credits also have a daily limit, so a heavy day can pause AI until the next day even when monthly credits remain. Credit packs bought separately do not expire. Switching a workspace to its own AI key in Settings, AI Engine takes its usage off credits entirely.
Annual billing: pay for 10 months and get 12 (2 months free) on Starter, Growth and Business. Choose annual at checkout or switch later from Billing.
Email inbox: the AI-powered email module is in alpha. Your plan's email-account allowance is included, and we switch the module on for your workspace when you ask us.
Add-ons: extra WhatsApp/Voice agents (+$29/mo each) and the Social Accounts Pack (+$15/mo: +1 account on each social network).
Scheduled Tasks: give an agent a standing instruction that it runs on its own, on a schedule, and delivers by WhatsApp or email. Included from Starter (3 active tasks, each running as often as you schedule it); the Free plan does not include it.
